15 Second Dance Lesson: Jive

Sharing my love of dance with the world through Dancing with the Stars has brought me so much happiness, that I thought it would be great to teach my fans just like I teach the celebrities! In preparation for my new fitness DVD coming soon, 5678 Fitness, I put together a series of 15-second footwork lessons of some basic dances that we cover on DWTS and in the DVD.

Today’s lesson – the Jive! The Jive is fast-paced and lively, a great way to burn some calories while having fun. Keep it on loop, practice anywhere you can, and stay tuned for more!
