A 15 Minute Guide to Keeping Fit During Holiday Season

Nov 24th, 2016

The holiday season is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. But between spending time with my friends and family and eating all of the delicious and heartwarming holiday food, it can be hard to make time for fitness. I totally get it! We’re busy preparing big holiday dinners, shopping for gifts, preparing for out of town guests and juggling to get five things done at once! Sometimes the last thing I want to think about is going to the gym for a workout.

It’s important to me to move and sweat every day. Must be my history as a dancer! Even on those crazy days I try to make time for a workout at home. It may not take longer than 15 minutes but it’s enough to keep me on track for my personal fitness goals.

The best thing about this set is that it targets different parts of your body to give you a full body workout: core, legs, and shoulders.

So take out your exercise mat, a towel, and let’s get started! Do each of these movements for a minute each and repeat the whole set 3 times for a total of 15 minutes.

Even if you only have a few minutes to spare, there’s a simple three-minute core workout you can do. It always surprises me to see how many people wait until January and pay ridiculous gym membership fees to shed the holiday weight.

The 5678 Fitness DVD will also be on sale on my website for the holiday season. Use the code HOLIDAY20 to get 20% off and get an early start for your fitness journey!

But you know what, I do have a surprise for all you lovelies! Since it’s the holiday season, I’ve decided to hold a giveaway contest! I’ll be giving out 20 copies of my 5678 Fitness DVD, but that’s not all – 5 of those lucky winners will also get a SIGNED copy of my book, The 5678 Diet, right in time for the holidays.
